Cajunmama's "Home of Your Personal Cajun Chef" is located in Rancho Penasquitos, California and was founded by Mary Frank in May 2002.

Mary Frank is a Creole-Cajun born and raised in the bayous on a farm in Mamou, Louisiana. She has been cooking the creole-cajun way since she was a little girl. Mary comes from a large family of 14 children, the Frank family is very well known in Louisiana for their cajun zydeco music. Her dad, Hampton Frank, an originator of Cajun Zydeco music (pictured above), played guitar and sang for many years with Preston Frank, Carlton Frank and Leo "The Bull" Thomas (Uncle Leo is still her favorite drummer). Mary's cousins Keith Frank , Leroy Thomas and Bryant "T" Broussard headline many Cajun Zydeco festivals from New York to California.

Mary will prepare "Good Ole Cajun Home Cookin" especially for you, which is sure to bring a smile to your face the moment you take that first bite! All dishes are prepared using her very own Frank Family recipes and original Cajun spices - a combination that can't be beat!
